Offering the perfect location to escape, relax, and be at one with nature; Bushman's Kloof is an oasis of wide open plains, mystical rock formations, crystal clear waterfalls and an abundance of flora and fauna.

This 7500-hectare malaria and predator-free haven nestled at the foothills of the Cederberg Mountains is just 270km from the mother city of Cape Town. This South African Natural Heritage Site is home to over 130 documented Bushman rock art sites and the internationally renowned Rooibos tea. Bushman's Kloof is devoted to preserving this fynbos reserve and is the proud winner of a host of ecological awards, including the silver for Best Contribution to Cultural Heritage Conservation by African Responsible Condé Nast World Savers Award for Wildlife and Conservation Programmes, and the coveted Relais and Chateaux Environment Trophy.

Bushmans Kloof offers a range of beautifully proportioned rooms, suites, and a private villa. The lodge can accommodate 34 guests, all in beautifully appointed rooms.  Each of the rooms feature custom designed furniture, en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and under-floor heating, mini bar, luxury amenities, tea and coffee making facilities, television and wireless internet access.

The Niven Family Deluxe Room is ideal for families with an en-suite master bedroom consisting of one king size bed and the second en-suite bedroom which has twin beds. The Niven family deluxe room opens up onto a large private terrace area.

The Paterson Suite is a restored farmhouse dating back to 1843. The suite features a king-size bed, separate lounge area, large private patio and an opulent en-suite bathroom complete with heated towel rails. From the comfort of your terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the river and mountains.

The spectacular Riverside Supreme Suite is positioned on the banks of the Boontjies River and features a separate lounge with fireplace, large terrace, outdoor shower and a private heated swimming pool.

Koro Lodge is an existing farmhouse, nestled in the reserve, that has been completely renovated and transformed into a spectacular intimate villa, surrounded by open vistas of wilderness and wildlife, combining ultimate luxury with nature. Koro Lodge is available for larger groups and families of up to 10 guests.
