Nestled in a secluded corner of the reserve, HillsNek Safari Camp is affectionately known as the “small” camp with the “greatest” heart. This family-operated lodge, with just four rooms, epitomizes personalized service, attention to detail, and genuine warmth in hospitality.

The main lodge and four luxury safari tents are elevated on wooden decks, offering sweeping views of the open plains, positioned to ensure privacy and tranquility. Each tent features an en-suite bathroom and an outdoor shower.
HillsNek is ideal for families, small groups or those seeking a truly romantic safari getaway and is available as an exclusive-use lodge on request.

1 Family Tent
This tent is seamlessly connected to the main lodge by elevated wooden walkways. Adjacent to the main tented bedroom is an interconnecting smaller room with two twin beds, offering comfortable accommodation for a family of four.
3 Classic Safari Tent
The Classic Safari Tent has a king size bed, each tent situated on expansive wrap-around wooden decks that offer stunning panoramic views. These tents are connected to the main lodge.
Dining
Savor cuisine that excites the palate and offers a true taste of African culture, hosted by attentive local staff. All meals are enjoyed in the Main Lodge and are included in your stay.

Guests can enjoy a diverse and flexible safari experience led by a team of highly qualified and knowledgeable rangers.

We are exprienced world travellers
We are exprienced world travellers, but when it came to booking a safari, after a bit of research we realized we were out of our league with the logistics. Shaan Shaw at Safari.com listened closely to our needs and intrests, and quickly responded to all of our questions, efficietly putting together the package for a fly-in safari of our dreams at nearly half the price of other luxury groups! Her strong communicatioin skills, creative problem solving, experience and attentiveness have are refreshing attributes and it has been a delight to work with her.

Denise from Safari.com was extremely helpful. She responded promptly, provided good advice on safari lodgings options and worked up a couple of itinerary options to suit our budget. Denise also organised flights and transfers very quickly so that we could finalize our booking in a short time. Much appreciated.
