Overlooking the reserve, Leopard Hills boasts eight newly-renovated glass-fronted suites each with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower, mosquito netting, heated towel rail, air conditioning, fan, underfloor heating, lounge area, bathrobes, hairdryer, umbrella, in-room safe, telephone, minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, complimentary sherry, Wi-Fi, iPod docking station, and an expansive deck with a plunge pool. The lodge's facilities feature a comfortable lounge, elegant dining room, well-stocked wine cellar, bar, fully-equipped gym, traditional boma, curio shop, rejuvenating spa, library, and an open-air deck with a swimming pool that overlooks a bustling waterhole.

The renowned Leopard Hills area is famous for its prolific leopard population but is also home to the Big Five and other species such as cheetah, wild dog, various antelope species, hippo, and wildebeest. The Sabi Sands Game Reserve shares an unfenced border with the Kruger National Park allowing animals to move freely between the two reserves. With over 500 species of birdlife, the Sabi Sands is the ideal destination for a bird watching safari.

The lodge activities include twice daily open-vehicle game drives and daily bush walks led by professional guides. Nearby attractions include scenic helicopter flights, cultural village tours, elephant interactions, and golf at Leopard Creek.
